Hinders or obstructs or knowingly makes a false or misleading statement to any person in the execution of his or her duty under this Act.

Obstructs an Inspector by not giving him or her reasonable assistance or access to samples, records, documents or information relevant to the performance of his or her functions under this Act.

The Prosecution of any person or entity, pursuant to the relevant sections of the Act, should they fail to pay the above fines within ten (10) working days of the notification of the fine.
All amendments to the Regulations and Principal Act, should such be needed, be made to encapsulate the above approvals.
